CBCA Hall Rental
Terms of Use

When renting the Hall, you consent that you agree to the following terms:

  1. Full Rental Payment must be received prior to the event

  2. All trash, food and beverages, furnishings and other materials must be out of the hall by the stops time. No items to be left in the hall or on the grounds.

  3. No furnishings or pictures to be rearranged without prior permission. No taping or thumbtacking to the walls is allowed.

  4. A CBCA representative will be available at the start time to unlock the hall and at the stop time to lock the hall.

  5. The renter is responsible for providing guests, caterers, florists, etc with a copy of these rules.

  6. No cooking is allowed in the hall. A double oven, microwave, warmer and refrigerator is available for use.

  7. Bird seed, flower petals and bubbles are allowed but must be used outside the hall.

  8. Trash must be placed in the CBCA trash can directly across the street on The Beach House property. No trash left in the hall.

  9. The hall must be cleaned by the renter after the event, including sweeping the floor and cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, otherwise a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged.
